By that we do not mean that you push your products in front of them at every opportunity, what we are suggesting is that by keeping in touch on a regular basis you will be building client trust and they will feel befriended by you.   • Good branding of your business at the top (keep it small as this is an email). Some internet marketers do not even believe in branding a newsletter except for the signature
  • Contain valuable information and have interest
  • offer help or show benefits for a new product
  • Promote your special
  • Have links to other sites of interest

Depending on your type of business you may deem it to be important to add other features, but keep them short and to the point. This is so important in ezine contact.

Some companies will send the traditional monthly ezine whilst others may only send one quarterly. Often this will depend on the time available for collating everything together and the staff available.
